Motoplat test benches are characterised by their high quality and convenience.

The CV21GE (Analog) end the CV21BP (Digital) are combination test benches for 6, 12 and 24 Volt starter motors and alternators. The drive motor is PLC controlled and has a capacity of 7.5 kW. This makes it possible to test alternators to a capacity of 200 amperes and 240 amperes at 24 Volts. To test maximum capacities, the CV21GE is fitted with resistors to a capacity of 4800 Watts. The motor is driven at two fixed rpm (1500 or 3000 rpm), or fitted with a variable regulator. The starter motor section of the bench enables you to test to a capacity of 15 horsepower. Starting power can be tested in combination with the hydraulic braking system, brake pressure meter and compensation switch for the number of teeth.

The accessories supplied enable you to mount almost all starter motors and alternators onto the test bench. We also fit a backing plate (sprayed in the matching colour) to the test bench, thereby preventing sight through any gaps.
The test bench operates on a three-phase 380-Volt power supply. However, it is possible to convert the bench to 220 Volt on request.
