Принимая во внимание современные требования по охране окружающей среды, P.S.H. взял на себя инициативу включить в свой ассортимент отделители масла и смазки.

Здесь речь идёт о мобильном отделителе масла и смазки, что означает, что вы сможете подключить его ко всему вашему оборудованию без больших расходов по установке в вашем цеху.

Вы сможете постоянно подключать носимый отделитель к аппаратам, которые вы собираетесь устанавливать, или стационарно подключить его к аппарату, который требует постоянного отведения.

В аппарате имеется отделение для улавливания грязи и маслоотделитель.

Smart Washer

A natural solution
The biological parts cleaner PC 100 M1 BIO points out a new innovative solution for removing oil, grease, soot, etc. from all kinds of parts. A water based cleaning detergent without solvents is achieving excellent cleaning results. Organic particles like oil, lubricant and other greases from the parts are biologically degenerated.

Natural microorganisms (microbes) are added through a filter mat into the cleaning solution and degenerate hydrocarbons into H2O and CO2. An optimal degeneration performance is ensured with the constant temperature of the cleaning liquid at 38°C.

Due to this biological recycling no regular changes of the cleaning liquid are required and a cost-intensive waste disposal is not necessary. Furthermore a constantly high cleaning performance is guaranteed. Parts up to a weight of 100 kg (max. load is tested up to 230 kg) can be cleaned by using the convenient flow-through brush and flexible nozzle.
